All sales will be processed through PayPal or as a phone credit card order through our "bricks and mortar" retail store at (970) 453-1025. Returns must be preauthorized and the merchandise returned in its original condition within fourteen days. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so please contact us by phone or by email if you have any issues to resolve. |
Shipping to the United States and Canada only via the USPS or UPS ground for large items. Your purchases will ship within forty-eight hours of payment after being packed as carefully as we know how. In some cases, your purchases may come directly from an artist studio to you.
We charge ACTUAL SHIPPING COSTS, using the ebay shipping calculator. All packing and handling is done free of charge. The prices you see on ebay are what we actually pay to ship the package. Multiple items are eligible for great discounts on shipping when we can combine things in the same box. Please contact us before sending payment so that we can adjust the shipping amount on your invoice. We'll even give you a refund on PayPal if it turns out that actual shipping is less than what you paid!
Virtually all shipping methods take a minimum of a week to ten days to arrive at their destination, depending on the distance travelled. Please take this into account when estimating the time in transit. We would very much appreciate being contacted promptly to resolve any issues that may arise to our mutual satisfaction.
Insurance is required for most purchases. In the event that we post an auction on an inexpensive item and make insurance optional, the buyer assumes all further risk for the item if insurance is not purchased. Multiple purchases are eligible for combined insurance fees. |
