Returns must be preauthorized and the merchandise returned in its original condition within fourteen days. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping to the continental United States only. Purchases will be insured for the full amount of the purchase price and shipped via USPS (small items) or UPS ground after being packed by the professional art shippers we use for our gallery. Our experience is "better safe than sorry" when it comes to shipping the irreplaceable items that are so lovingly created by our artists. In some cases, your items may come directly from their studios to you. For furniture or very large items, please call the gallery for a shipping quote.
Insurance is required for most purchases for the full purchase price. In the event that we post an auction on an inexpensive item and make insurance optional, the buyer assumes all further risk for the item if insurance is not purchased. Multiple purchases are eligible for combined insurance fees.
