All sales will be processed through PayPal or as a phone credit card order through our "bricks and mortar" retail store at (970) 453-1025. Our office is open on regular business days, Monday through Friday, from roughly 10:00 a.m. MST to 6:00 p.m. MST. You can leave us a message by phone or send emails on weekends or evenings, but nobody will be monitoring it until the next business day. We will do our best to respond to all concerns or questions within two business days, but please do not expect an immediate response at night or on weekends when our office is closed.
Returns must be preauthorized and the merchandise returned in its original condition within fourteen days. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Please email or call the gallery for instructions before shipping anything back. eBay penalizes sellers with anything less than five star ratings, so we need to make sure that you think we're next to perfect. Please let us know in advance what we need to do to get those five stars from you! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so please contact us by phone or by email if you have any issues to resolve. We promise to work with you to make it right.

Shipping to the United States and Canada only via the USPS or UPS ground for large items. Your purchases will ship within two business days (Monday through Friday) of payment after being packed as carefully as we know how. In some cases, your purchases may come directly from an artist studio to you.
We charge ACTUAL SHIPPING COSTS, using the ebay shipping calculator. All packing and handling is done free of charge. The prices you see on ebay are what we actually pay to ship the package. Multiple items are eligible for great discounts on shipping when we can combine things in the same box. You can contact us before sending payment for multiple items so that we can adjust the shipping amount on your invoice, or if you prefer, you can pay in advance and we'll adjust the difference. We'll always give you a refund on PayPal if it turns out that actual shipping is less than what you paid!
Virtually all shipping methods take a minimum of a week to ten days to arrive at their destination, depending on the distance travelled. Please take this into account when estimating the time in transit. If your timeframes are tighter than this, we would rather you not bid on our items until you ask us if there is any way to expedite shipping to meet your deadlines, because we can't magically speed it up after the fact. We would very much appreciate being contacted promptly to resolve any issues that may arise to our mutual satisfaction.
Insurance is included in shipping and handling. Multiple purchases are eligible for combined insurance fees.
