This is the original mulling spice blend from Aspen Mulling Spices of Aspen, Colorado. This mix is a powder that blends easily to create spiced beverages. The classic recipe is mulled cider, but this mix is also great in tea, baked goods, and mulled wine. This flavor is the caramel apple blend that gives a new twist on the classic recipe.

No cooking is necessary. The spices dissolve completely, so it is perfect for hot and cold drinks, as well as for baking. Try it in lemonade or iced tea in the summer. It's great! Of course nothing beats the smell of spiced cider simmering in the fall or mulled wine for the holidays. One carton of spices flavors one gallon of cider, but can be used by the teaspoon for individual servings.
